Erica (Beacom) Reagan

Erica Reagan is dedicated to providing effective, efficient and innovative solutions. By working with clients, and clearly identifying business goals, Erica assists clients in their individual objectives. Erica believes in a multi-faceted approach to issues that considers both regulatory and public policy angles. She has developed a broad range of regulatory experience, representing clients in complex regulatory and administrative issues. She has engaged in matters related to: navigating regulatory and policy matters involving the Food and Drug Administration and Federal Trade Commission and other federal and state health and safety regulatory agencies, counseling on advertising and promotional related issues and assisting clients in engaging with the regulatory process through federal submissions, and providing guidance to health care organizations related to their enrollment with Medicare and Medicaid and various state licensing agencies.
