James S. Mathis

Jim Mathis offers our clients practical implementation orientation in the business and regulatory compliance areas of the heavily regulated health care environment. Jim leverages over 18 years of experience as a chief compliance officer to publicly traded health care companies and top medical centers in America. He brings experience in developing policies for operational effectiveness, reorganizing compliance programs, managing both internal and external investigations in monitoring false claims, Stark Law, licensure matters, HIPAA and FDA matters. Jim also has a special emphasis in health care compliance experience in research, pharmacy, long term care and dialysis, and he serves as interim or contract compliance officer for organizations in transition.
