Jared O. Brooner

Jared Brooner regularly assists health care clients from national health systems to small physician groups with various transactional, operational and regulatory matters. He has experience in the development and operation of clinically integrated networks (CINs), accountable care organizations (ACOs) and other hospital/physician alignment strategies, including numerous Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP) ACOs. He develops solutions with respect to Anti-Kickback Statute, physician self-referral, physician fee-splitting and civil monetary penalties laws, as well as navigating issues related to the privacy and security of health information. Additionally, Jared has assisted with business development and operational objectives for both for-profit and tax-exempt health care entities, including physician contracting, joint venture arrangements, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance matters.
