John C. Cleary

John Cleary focuses on serving the needs of U.S. providers and other companies facing regulatory, litigation and class action exposures involving data security and other cybersecurity challenges. He brings his dispute resolution skills to bear on problems faced by clients across an array of litigation and pre-litigation settings, principally in the areas of cybersecurity, health care, intellectual property, insurance and maritime law. John previously served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in Washington, D.C., representing U.S. government agencies and officials across a range of constitutional and other federal sector issues.
