Paul A. Gomez

Paul Gomez has advised hospitals and health systems, behavioral health care providers, ambulatory surgery centers and other health care providers and stake holders in California and across the country in major transactions for nearly 20 years. Some of these transactions have gained notoriety in the news media and others have been first-of-its kind deals, including direct-to-employer health care arrangements. Paul draws upon his experience in helping health care and behavioral health care providers and investors put together strategic transactions, affiliations and partnerships that optimize their opportunities in a health care landscape that is increasingly value-based, outpatient, mobile and consumer-driven. In addition to his extensive work with hospitals, health systems, clinics, MSOs and ambulatory surgery centers, Paul is also Chair of the Polsinelli Behavioral Health Law Group and a former Chair of the Los Angeles County Bar Association Healthcare Law Section.
